Terms & Conditions – Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience, limited period between February 2020 to September 2020 only.


PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience is available for purchase exclusively online and is purchased by carriage of two, three or four persons. The fee of the event is inclusive of food and beverages on the wheel. All other beverages consumed before or after the event will be charged on consumption. A 5% gratuity fee is included in the package price. Full prepayment by credit card is required to secure your booking.
Please present a copy of your Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience booking payment confirmation for redemption on your booking date at Luna Park Sydney. Valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card must be presented at the time of check in. (Accepted forms of ID are Australian driver’s license, a NSW issued ‘Proof of Age’ card or valid Passport)
Please ensure that these documents are presented - failure to do so may inhibit your experience.
Redemption of your booking payment confirmation will be considered acceptance of payment for the event for our records
CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES
In the event of being unable to proceed (for any means) with the Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience on the Ferris Wheel, the same menu will be offered in an alternate venue. The decision to make use of an alternate venue will be at the discretion of Luna Park Sydney, and all guests will be offered a complimentary Single Rides Pass to ride the Ferris wheel on a later date. If the decision is made not to use an alternate venue then Luna Park Sydney will reschedule your booking to another available date in the current season.
No refunds will be offered for cancellations made by the account holder. You may reschedule your booking to an alternate available date in the current season by paying the following additional fees: 1 complimentary exchange at no charge. 25% nominal fee will be charged to re-schedule
Less 72 hours or No‐show: 100% nominal fee will be charged to re-schedule
Should you wish to change the date of your booking, you must advise us in writing via email to [email protected] and have your rescheduled date booked and confirmed by the Reservations Team via email before the 72 hour cut‐off period, otherwise your request will be deemed invalid and any applicable rescheduling/no show fees will apply for rebooking. Please note that the above fees will not be waived for any personal or medical reasons.
Should you be unable to attend and you do not wish to pay the above fees, we advise gifting your booking to a family member or friend. If you wish to gift your booking please provide Luna Park Sydney Reservations with the required documentation; Proof of Purchase (purchasing credit card) and Photo Identification of the original ticket holder to authorise the transfer of booking. This needs to be provided at least 24 hours before the day of the Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience. Please note a purchase of the Ferris Wheel High Tea Package is valid for a booking in the advertised 2020 period only.
WET WEATHER
Luna Park Sydney reserves the right to alter the experience for safety reasons. If conditions are such that Luna Park Sydney Management deem it not safe to proceed with the Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience, the Ferris Wheel High Tea menu will be offered in an alternate venue.
GIFT CARD / VOUCHERS
Ferris Wheel High Tea is for a limited period, being February 2020 and expires in September 2020 only and as such gift vouchers must be redeemed prior to attending, for an available date. The gift voucher for the Ferris Wheel High Tea is redeemed by carriage of two, three or four persons. Once redeemed, you will receive your e-Ticket.
If a voucher was used to make your booking, you must present both the voucher and the Ferris Wheel High Tea e‐ticket upon attending the experience. Failure to do so may inhibit your Experience.
Please ensure you redeem your gift voucher well in advanced to prevent disappointment. Bookings are subject to availability.
CATERING AND DIETARIES
For catering purposes, please let us know in advanced of any food allergies, dietaries or for non-alcoholic options. There are peanuts and their derivatives used in the Luna Park Sydney kitchen. We cannot guarantee there are no trace elements in the Ferris Wheel High Tea menu as some ingredients.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Ferris Wheel is accessible for guests who are able to move themselves unaided into the Ferris Wheel carriage. Assistant animals (with appropriate valid paperwork) may accompany guests with prior arrangement.
ON THE DAY
Dress code for the experience is smart casual. As the Ferris Wheel High Tea Experience is an outdoor event warm clothes (hat, scarf, jacket) are encouraged should the temperature drop.
Ferris Wheel High Tea is recommended as a licensed event. Non‐alcoholic beverages may be requested from the
Reservations Team prior to your booking. Substitution of non‐alcoholic beverages for those alcoholic beverages will not change the price. Package menu is subject to change without notice.
Part of the boarding process we will require the purchasers Identification (Service NSW Photo Card, Australia’s Drivers Licence and/or Passport) with the accompanying Credit Card Details at the time of check in.

DISCLAIMER
1. The rides/amusements in Luna Park are designed for use by participants who meet the displayed height requirements.
2. The rides/amusements in Luna Park are recreational activities and there are risks of injury to participants and their property. By using or engaging in a ride/amusement you accept these risks and agree that the owners, operators, and landlords do not have or accept any liability for any injury suffered as a result of you accepting these risks.
3. Parents or Guardians must evaluate these risks before allowing persons in their control to use or engage in any ride or amusement.
4. Failure to present valid photo ID and the purchasing credit card at the time of check in may result in failure to board the Ferris Wheel Dining Experience. In this instance no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
5. The Deck Sydney is the only authorized point of sale for this experience. Tickets purchased from unauthorized points of sale- Viagogo, WeChat, Gumtree, Facebook etc. are not valid and will not be honoured.
6. This is a risk warning given pursuant to Section 5M of the Civil Liability Act 2002
